  1. Keep things how they are. All trades are fair. Regulation is only going to destroy the potential gains of these products further.

  2. Anyone that puts all the money in a place expecting to double their money in short time, have to know they are going into a high risk place. If it wasnt high risk then every one would buy it…. If you loose your savings at a casino its your fault there is little difference between casino, Bitcoin or any ETF based in shorting a stock.
